DOCTOR LYNN’S NECTARS

The purpose of Doctor Lynn’s Nectars is to promote well being, including living a long life with radiant health, happiness, wisdom, physical vitality and adaptability, sexual vigor and response, mental acuity, anti-aging, love and compassion, and a harmonious relationship with nature and other human beings. The word nectar means the drink of the gods. It is the sweetest part of the flower, from which bees make honey.

I discovered the secret nectars while visiting a mystic healer who lived in the middle of an orange grove, down a dirt road, far from the urbane existence of Los Angeles. It was by pure happenstance that I found Amanda, my shaman guide. She was not accustomed to meeting with outsiders, but with a little persuasion about my mission to promote healing she invited me to her home. As I drove down the dirt road to her house, the orange blossoms took me on the most euphoric ride. And there at the end of the road was a small cottage surrounded by flowers and herbs. On the porch lay two sleeping cats. I climbed the steps and knocked on the screen door. A woman with long dark hair, dressed completely in black, smiled warmly and invited me in. I noticed rows of books lining the walls. She brought me to her study, and this is where I began to uncover the secret of the nectars.

By seeking out Amanda I was looking for a secret potion for health. I must admit that I was also seeking to find my inner essence, not knowing that after that fateful day, my life would change.

I told her about the health potions that I wanted to find. She looked at me and said, . “There is one basic truth about creation. The world is not inert matter but Gia (living). All matter and activity are connected. The true essence of life is found in the activity of energy and is personified in the matter of the physical world. Therefore, the earth and all living things share the same basic life force. That life force is divine intelligence. All life is an interconnected web. Knowing this, the divine essence of life can be found. When we honor the herbs, give praise to the sun and to the moon, and embrace the forces of divine intelligence, we align ourselves with the answers to the mystery of life. This is the discovery of wisdom.

“Wisdom enriches the soul. It is different from intelligence, information, or knowledge. It reflects an understanding of universal truths. Wisdom is based upon an understanding that clarity is not always possible, and that much of life is uncertain.

“Herbs must be charged with power before they are used in a potion. Use your mental energy to act as a catalyst upon the herb’s aura. Make your potion on the new moon and draw off on the full moon when the moon has the greatest gravitational pull upon the earth and all its life. Always cast upon the potion that it be used only for the good of all.”

I was given these potions and was told I could share them with you. I have charged them with the power of the moon, and blessed them for the good of all. Use them with good intentions, and in the best of health.
